With a very pale yellow hue, this Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and crisp delight. There are strong notes of grapefruit as well as pineapple, guava, and lime on the nose. A small taste of what is to come.

With more pronounced flavors of lime and pineapple, this Sauvignon Blanc is an invigorating medium bodied white wine. With big aromas and flavors, Sauvignon Blanc is back and packing a flavorful punch.

To create a Sauvignon Blanc that is a cross of styles of California (fruit forward) and New Zealand (crisp with herbaceous aromas of lime and grapefruit) that are unique to this beautiful, noble grape. Winemaker: Aimée Sunseri, 5th generation

Alcohol 13.2% Residual Sugar .29% TA: 6.3 pH: 3.32 129 cases produced. Vines Planted in 2007. Fermented and cellared in stainless steel.
